Customer Support Intern (Part-time, Remote)

The person in this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional and unforgettable customer support, as well as actively reaching out to users to help them succeed in their quest to find love in Lua. 

We are looking for a person who loves talking to people and starting conversations, as well as investigating issues and drilling down into data - and if you love intimacy and depth, that’s a bonus. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience, playing a key role in the company; For the right person, there will also be equity options in the business.   • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams


  • Hebrew language is a MUST!
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities

Terms of the role

  • 6-12 months position
  • Intern salary
  • Remote working
  • Full ownership of your tasks
  • Continued growth through events and continuing education
  • Interns may be asked to complete an end-of-intern assignment or pitch (either individually or in assigned teams) utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over time with us.
  • This is a contractor role and requires that interns provide invoices per payment.
